Raised on a ranch in Glen Ellen and surrounded by her family's construction business, Denise developed an early understanding of home construction, land, and property improvements. Her education in Construction Management and Computer Science complements decades of real estate experience, providing clients with valuable insight into property condition, renovation potential, and long-term investment value.

Since earning her California real estate license in 1990, Denise has guided clients through home purchases, sales, estate transitions, family property planning, and investment opportunities.
